The Wall

Final challenge involved every member of the team climbing the wall to collect a bit of a puzzle that was on top of the wall, the team had to relay information to create the puzzle which was again described to them by one of their team mates. This involved good communication skills and team work, some of the Under 14's decided to take charge. Very impressed with the youngest member Mo for his enthusiasm and Josh B for his commitment on scaling the hardest part of the wall. Can I also
say I was very impressed with all the other Under 14's and Under 15's who again contributed to a fantastic day.

I will put up some more questions over the next few days, but lets kick off with this ones.

1) How do you feel now the team building event has finished?

2) What did you learn about your team mates?

3) What did you learn about yourself ?

Cal

Callum having a break, was always hungry

Lego Challenge

Th second team did slightly better than the first team. Teams had to make a figure which was described to them by other team members (the one on the right was the model to copy - picture below - it was the one on the left) think there was a slight problem with the communication in this one!!

11:37

The second task was when the Under 15's discovered team work it was at 11:37

Joe

Blind leading the blind, Joe leading Dan Robinson

Bind

Blind folded they had to work as a team through an assault course full of duck poo and mud, team worked well together and had a lot of fun

team building day

The day got off to a good start as the weather kept us dry. We started with an ice breaker - which started off with Ed who does windsurfing, Mike who does hockey, Mallie who does singing, Joe who watches TV, 3 Dans that do football and XBox, Callum who likes golf, Josh who likes batting, Aaron who likes golf, Josh Bowers who liked tennis, Rob who liked eating, Mohammed who liked table tennis, Elliott who liked rugby, Rob who liked football, Jack who liked basketball, Dominic who liked football/golf and Dave who was stitched up because he had to remember everyones name and what they did. Sorry not to remember everyone's name or what they did, that was Daves job, but we all on first name terms for the first task - groups were split in to two.
