3) What does team mean to you?

Quite a hard question but worth thinking about!!

    team means to me that when we are in a difficult point in a game we can pull together and get our selfs out of it with out managers help. If things are not going well with a single player then to encourage him and pull him back in.

    Team means working together as a group in good and bad situations and being in a optimistic frame of mind.

    I think team means working together and not doing things individually. You win together as a team and lose together as a team.
